Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation
If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the event date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid with no penalty.
Late Cancellation
Between 24 and 48 hours before the event
A charge of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
Less than 24 hours before the event
No refund of the amount paid will be issued.
No-Show
In the event that the client does not appear on the agreed date and time without having previously notified the cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Date Changes
We understand that plans may change. We offer the possibility to change your booking date:
- More than 7 days in advance: Free date change, subject to availability.
- Between 3 and 7 days in advance: An administrative fee of €30 will apply.
- Less than 3 days in advance: Date changes are not permitted.
Modifications by Lumara Events
We reserve the right to modify the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather conditions, emergencies, etc.). In such case, we will offer an alternative date at no additional cost or a full refund of the amount paid.

We will confirm the cancellation or modification in writing within 24 hours of your request.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days following confirmation of the cancellation, using the same original payment method.
