By accessing and using Lumara Events services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we recommend not using our services.

2. Service Description

Lumara Events offers premium photocall rental services for events, which include:

• Photocall structure rental
• Transport and professional setup
• Teardown at the end of the event

3. Service Coverage Area

Photocall rental, transport, setup, and teardown services are available exclusively in Catalonia, subject to availability. Bookings outside Catalonia are not accepted.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability
• Prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated

5. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
• Ensure adequate access to the event venue for setup
• Take care of the equipment during use
• Notify of any damage or issues during the event

6. Limitation of Liability

Lumara Events is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by misuse of equipment
• Service interruptions due to force majeure
• Indirect or consequential damages
• The quality of photographs taken by users

7. Weather Conditions

In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, Lumara Events commits to installing the photocall in an enclosed space or under a protective tent to ensure proper equipment operation and attendee safety. The client must provide an alternative covered space at the event venue or in its vicinity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Lumara Events or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts of Barcelona.
